This is a very good Pressure washer but for 5oo or a little more you can do better. Easy to start, not hard to run, but it does have a small gas tank. If I had not gotten it on sale for 299. I would not have bought it. If you want a good home owner washer this is it - but not for 500! Also the pressure is not enough to run a driveway scrubber it will not flote it, I used a 12" scrubber I bought from home depot and it went south from there, I rented one with wheels (12") and it worked ok not enough GPM to make it look great - worked too hard for a small area. look for one with a higher flow rate 2.4 is not enough. If you doing decks or siding this will work fine, not for big jobs though.
