Nice and heavy, but it is still plastic. We got the dark grey version and it looks good, but still has that plastic sheen. The slats give some under my 200+ lb frame. That's a good thing as long as they hold up. The o-rings around the wheels tend to come off if you slide the chair sideways. Table is a nice accessory. Pads were ordered separately from the manufacturer and took a while to get in, but fit well of quality construction.
