A couple of years ago this product came to our rescue. We had a tick infestation in the house (YUCK!). Not only disgusting, but worrisome since there was a baby on the way. We didn't know what to use since everything out there was going to be terrible to have in the house. We gave this a shot and were absolutely amazed. I'll admit I didn't believe it was going to work well since even our pest guy was having a problem trying to rid our problem with his limited organic/safe choices. One spray of this on a tick and it was d.e.a.d. We simply applied around the baseboards of the house and within a day or two our problem was completely gone.

We use this product to treat our outside trees now every quarter and we haven't seen a tick since. I can't say enough about it. We've been impressed with every product of theirs we have tried.

This is a very high quality umbrella, both in construction and appearance. I live in FL so light-colored Sunbrella is the way to go if you're concerned about fading. Packaging was excellent and although delivery was estimated between 01/25/13 & 01/30/13, it arrived on 01/24. It was the very last one available therefore the price was unbelievable. I would recommend this seller and will be checking back in w/them when in need of similar products.

Woodard 3 Piece Stamped Floral Outdoor / Patio Bistro Furniture Set Review

Left the set out in the rain once and it is showing rust already. On the back of the chair there is a spot where rain water collects and sits. When i tipped the chair rusty water came out. Overall a nice set but for the money i would expect that it might be able to sit out in the rain a couple times without getting rusty. Will need to make sure that it is always covered going forward.

Woodstock Pebble Fountain, Medium Review

Everyone who sees it first asks about its weight. It does look like carved granite. And the way that the water clings to the top stone is something most people don't expect. The top fits more or less to the bottom, but some of the drain holes weren't completely drilled, so they needed a bit of work. And then there is the light.

The light is the chromed fitting on the top where the water comes out. It has a number of white LEDs around the perimeter and one small light sensor. The idea is that the light come on when it gets dark. And it does, the only problem being when the LEDS illuminate, they generate enough light to tell the sensor to turn the entire light off. And it does. The result is that the light begins to strobe slowly as the sun sets, strobes faster as the ambient light lessons, until dark when the lights flicker quickly. Makes sense, right? Lights come on, make light for the sensor, which turns lights off. Repeat, oh, about 10 times a second. Not exactly the soft calming effect one might expect.

My solution? A bit of plumber's putty directly over the sensor. It no longer comes on at night unless I plug it in, but it also no longer flickers. More of a sparkle now, and looks good.

All in all, it's worth the money when it's on sale. Just be ready to work with it a bit.

Just so you don't think this is a useless product, as many of these reviews seem to suggest...

It's somewhat expensive (which is why it gets 4 starts instead of 5), but it did help me eliminate my squirrel problem.

I had been waking up every morning to see as many as 6 squirrels happily frolicking in my backyard. Didn't see this as much of a problem until they worked their way onto my roof and into every open cavity in my house. Sealing these openings didn't eliminate their presence entirely. Cutting back tree access worked to some extent, but the ones who really wanted to get back on the roof would ultimately find a way.

Shortly after discovering that my gutter had become a nesting area for the squirrels, I declared war on the critters, and picked up both the Critter Ridder spray and granules. I generously applied the granules to the roof and gutter areas, and the spray to the trunks of all the trees that they would frequent.

The next morning, there were no signs of squirrels anywhere near my house. Sure, my trees smelled of pepper for a day or two, but the Critter Ridder worked in helping me relocate these little buggers to someone else's yard.

Will it work for your raccoon problems? - NO IDEA. But it did send my squirrels to another, more-welcoming, part of town. And when one returns, a healthy reapplication of the spray seems to get rid of them for another few weeks.
