We've been shopping for a good quality cabinet for several months. After doing a ton research and crossing our fingers, we chose the Yielder Max. Once we pulled the trigger and made the leap we were contacted by Sam from Universal Hydro. He thanked us for the order, but had to inform us that due to them waiting on the arrival of parts on backorder, the unit would not be able to ship for a couple of weeks. This wasn't a problem for us. Updates were given before the cabinet was shipped. Once shipped tracking information was given and we were contacted by the delivery service.

The Yielder Max arrived via private carrier. It was shipped with plywood attached to the sides and sitting on top of a wood pallet. All strapped up nice a tight. Between the wood and the thick cardboard the shipping material probably weighed as much as the cabinet! It came out without a scratch!

Once unpacked we found all the components to the system packed tightly inside. Following the provided manual it took us about an hour to set everything up as it should be. Very simple setup. A single screw driver for a few screws on the filter and a couple screws for the power strip and that's about it.

The only problem we ran into was one missing piece of hardware for the lower shelf. After a quick email to Sam we received the missing part within a couple of days via FedEx. Amazing Customer Service from these guys!

So far its passed all our standards with flying colors. Quiet when running, Zero Light Leaks, Top Quality Components, Great Customer Service.

I would highly recommend this system to any friend. It has everything you need to get started. As a novice in hydroponics, it was nice to find a small company that really bent over backwards to help with any and all questions. Their website also has a lot of good info and FAQs (cabinetgrow.com).
