I have been shopping for an outdoor furniture set on-line for several days when I found Ohana's 7 pc.set which was about $1,000 less than this set. However, that set did not have any side tables. I kept looking and found the 11 pc.set but didn't know if it was worth the additional $1,000. So I called Ohana and the person who answered my call, explained the difference between the 2 sets. He was very helpful and courteous. After speaking with him, I decided to buy the 11 pc.
I wanted to have the furniture delivered before my husband's birthday party as I had invited several friends and needed more chairs. Since the party was less than 2 weeks away, I was worried that the furniture would not be here in time so once again I called Ohana and asked them to expedite my shipment. The set arrived earlier than stated on Amazon site and before the party.
I love the furniture. It looks very contemporary and like the fact that it can be configured to different seating arrangements. The cushions feel a little hard but I am sure it will get softer with use.
My only complaint is about Amazon. I applied for an Amazon Credit Card because I wanted to take advantage of the extended payment plan. Unfortunately, the credit limit approved was not sufficient to cover the price of this set. So, I tried to split the payment between the Amazon card and another Visa Card but Amazon's website does not allow the use of 2 payment methods.
