We purchased this the first week of the fair, I was against it but my wife really wanted it. We received it about one week after order was placed and I gotta say it's pretty cool and easy to move around when empty. This is where the disappointment begins two days after unit was installed the jets quit working, so I called customer service and we were able to drive to a near soft tub location and exchange for another unit, I must note that we received free t-shirts and cups and another chemical kit. Took new unit home installed and everything work fine for about a week then once again unit failed to work properly this time we couldn't adjust temperature. So me and my wife decided we were done and wanted to just return product after speaking again to customer service they informed us that returning unit wasn't an option and that all sales are final. I have to say that this was kinda our fault since we didn't see at bottom of receipt "All sales final", but here's the clich�, customer service informed us that the control panel have defects and they are working on finding a new vendor to produce them but didn't know when that would be so all they our willing to do is replace unit would just be a waste just they are a defect. We ended up contacting our credit card company and filing a dispute since this was the same company do the financing.

To make a long story short we lost all faith in this company selling units knowing that they had a defect prior to selling us this unit and anyone else who purchased a softtub brand hottub, I later found out more information that this defect was known for about 2 month's prior to us buying this unit.

I only write this based on my on opinion, but I would not recommend this brand to anyone, they knowingly sold a product having a defect and not allow a customer to return the item is poor customer and public relationship way of conducting business .
