The shed arrived within two weeks. All pieces were present and there was no damage. We followed the directions on the website for how to prepare the area where it was assembled. The directions for prepping the area were easy to follow. One very important note: The shed is NOT 72" x 72". It is actually 72" x 79". The door is on the 72" side. After the shed arrived, we had to make some adjustments to fit the larger size.

Overall it was pretty easy to put together and is an attractive shed. Some of the parts and the assembly are not as it was shown on the dvd, but we were able to figure it out. Biggest issue was the roof. The roof comes in 4 separate sections which are joined together with a line down the middle. Once joined, you are instructed to slide some flashing into the crack. We could not make this work and it seemed unlikely it would not leak even if we had managed to put the flashing in as directed. In the end, we purchased some additional cedar shingles. We filled the joint with silicone caulk and then put shingles over the top to direct water away from the crack. We'll see how that works.
