We had to get a lamp post to meet our HOA guidelines, and many distributors in our area either did not have this lantern or were charging outrageous prices to get it, which was annoying because it goes with the series of Sea Gull lights we have for the front of our house. It was delivered early, and our electrician had no issues assembling. It looks fantastic. Very bright with a 100W bulb, may need to tone it down a bit with a 75W or 60W bulb.
