Ready-to-use, water-based horse fly spray quickly kills and repels flying and biting insects, including stable, horse, deer, face, house, horn and bot flies, mosquitoes, gnats, fleas, ticks and lice. With three active ingredients, it offers protection from disease carrying insects such as deer ticks which may carry Lyme disease. Non-oily, long-lasting formula helps repel dirt and dust. This item says it lasts 30 days which was 33% of why I purchased it in the first place, but it does not, it may last about 4 days, which is great but it's definitely not 30 days. It does not come with a sprayer which makes application very difficult when you have to use a sponge. I could go find a sprayer but I would have to tote the bottle along to make sure it fit which is annoying when my time is so precious. The smell is not extreme and the horses do not mind when I wipe them down with it, so that is great. I would try a different more easily applied cheaper product next time to compare. If this one still performed better overall then I would purchase it again.
