I have about sixty of these on one branched line, watering both potted and rooted plants on three sides of the house. All of the drippers work fine - those nearer the water source seem to run a little faster than those farther away, but not so much faster that I worry about it.

I can see having a problem with 1gph non pressure-compensating drippers on a large system, but not with these PC drippers. My line has a regulated 25 psi going through it. The sweet thing about PC drippers is that they'll adjust to almost any pressure you throw at them. They also work well inline with mini-sprinklers.

I've replaced a couple defective drippers, but two out of sixty isn't bad. Once you go to the trouble of running all the tubing and mini-tubing, these micro-watering systems are a dream.

Nota Bene: I live in a warm part of the country - I don't what happens to the little plastic diaphragms on these things when they freeze.
