This was a big purchase to make sight unseen and with a merchant I had no prior experience with. But I was in dire need for a teak sectional when the one I purchased from a large retailer kept getting delayed. The folks at wholesale teak were very responsive and worked with me to get the sectional made, shipped, and delivered in time for my party. In fact, it arrived two days before I expected which was mind blowing.

The sectional arrived and was assembled by someone I hired, so I don't have detailed assembly feedback, but it did seem to go well. When I got home to the assembled pieces I found them to be very solid and high quality. The cushions look perfectly constructed, very thick, and super comfortable. I have the feeling this set will last a very long time. But what I most appreciated was the excellent customer service.
