I have taken an old '53 Case SC out of storage. After finally getting the engine running, the water pump was making quite a racket. The bearings in the original water pump were corroded and flying to pieces. The pump housing and impeller is fine but the shaft is pitted and the bearing balls ride directly on the shaft. Anyway...
I couldn't quickly find a shaft and bearings... found a couple places with pumps. On a whim, I searched on Amazon. WOW! I did not expect to find one here. Nice! Good price, too. Ordered and it was delivered very quickly.
Pump is great. The gasket is not a perfect fit but it does the job. (Gasket bolt holes aligned but the gasket water holes are a bit off.)
