We have had this product in our spa for 18 months and it works well but there are a few things to be weary of with this product. The first generator housing we had cracked in multiple places after 6 months of use but still worked, it was replaced by my local Pool/Spa dealer. However the problem now is that the Spa Pilot Starter blend and Spa Pilot Power pouches which are vital to the operation of this salt water system are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
