Seems well made and assembly was simple. It does have a bit of play/sway from side-to-side but isn't unstable. Comfortable. We have several pieces of Sante Fe on our patio and all are good quality. However, I have painted all with a thick, rubber-type spray that should contribute to a longer life since they're completely weather exposed 24/7.
